Who are the Developers of Southwoods City?
Southwoods City is composed of multiple developments. Each development is controlled by Global Estate, Inc. (GERI) with Megaworld Global Estate, Inc. as the exclusive marketing agent for Southwoods City.

Fil-Estate was the developer of the Manila Southwoods Residential Estates. Under new management led by Dr. Andrew L. Tan, chairman of Alliance Global, Inc. and Megaworld Corporation, Fil-Estate is now recognized as GERI. With this leadership, initiatives have been made to complete and further develop the Manila Southwoods Residential Estates.

The lots, however, outside Manila Southwoods Residential Estates, are either owned or previously owned by Ecocentrum, which is majority owned and controlled by GERI. Ecocentrum is spearheading the development of its lots into the Southwoods Mall and BPO Buildings.
